In 1910, twelve people built an organization called “Brinaban Matri Mandir.” This organization started Durga Puja, whose main motto is to educate local people.
At present, Brinaban Matri Mandir is attached to many social services. For example, blood donation camps, helping the poor and helping to deal with disasters, scholarships for secondary and higher secondary students, etc. In a word, Brinaban Matri Mandir is a witness to the local past.
