Online Applications from eligible candidates are invited for admission into 2 years (4 semesters) Post Graduate Courses

3. Online Application Forms for admission will be available from Bajkul Milani Mahavidyalaya website – www.bajkulcollege.org from 01.09.2021 to 15.09.2021.
4. No Application fee has to be paid online through Payment Gateway Mode (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ Cash) through SBI Collect.
5. Normally 80% seats will be for the students of the Vidyasagar University and 20% seats for other Open to all.
6. Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit of UG Examination Result. In the case of equal marks obtained in UG Examination, total marks / percentage of marks of immediately preceding Examination is to be taken into account for ranking.
7. As per order of the Govt. Of West Bengal and also Vidyasagar University 80% of total seats in each subject will be reserved for the students of V.U & autonomous college(s) affiliated to Vidyasagar University and 20% seats will be available for Open to all.
8. The 80% of total seats in each subject will be reserved for passed out Honours students of VU & autonomous college(s) affiliated to Vidyasagar University, which will be selected from the merit list of obtained Hons. marks or equivalent in the concerned subject.
9. Quota for SC/ ST will be considered as per Govt. order 906 Edn / Estt dated 18.09.1997. Number of seats (SC-22%, ST-6%, OBC-A-10%, OBC-B-7%) will be calculated and considered separately for 60% seats of V.U. students and 40% seats for Open Competition. Fraction of 0.5% or more will be rounded to the next Welcome to Online PG Admission 2021-’2022 whole number.

11. Date of e-Admission: - 20.09.2021 & Onwards (Follow the Admission Schedule) (N.B.: The e-Admission schedule may be changed as per new/situational Govt. Order.)
12. Online provisional admission will be done through the college admission portal. All e-admissions are provisional.
13. An admission is liable to be cancelled for incorporation of incorrect data or false statements.
14. The verification of testimonials & other documents for provisionally admitted students will be initiated as per notification.
15. The verification will be held in the concerned department or office. The teachers of the concerned department or office recommended characters will be present at the time of verification.
16. The admission will be cancelled if a student remained absent from classes for consecutive 10 days from the date of commencement of classes without any intimation to the concerned head of the department or institution. The admission fees paid will not be refunded.
17. If any candidate shifts to another institution without intimation to the college within ten days from the date of commencement of classes, the admission fees paid will not be refunded (as per UGC Guidelines September, 2020).
18. If a student applies to the college authority for cancellation of admission within ten days from the date of commencement of classes, processing fees will be deducted from Admission fees and the rest will be refunded (as per UGC Guidelines July, 2021).
19. All admissions will be made as per existing Reservation Policy of the State Government. The Candidates will have to produce SC/ST/OBC/PWD Certificates in original at the time of Counselling.
